If you wish to return any products delivered, please refer to our returns policy here before requesting a return.
Please note:
- We cannot accept any returns for products that have been ordered in error or are no longer required.
- We cannot accept returns of POM-V medicines, unless sent in error or damaged and we are notified on the day the order is received.
- To accept a return for a veterinary medicinal product we require evidence of the temperature of the area where the product has been stored from the receipt of the goods to the point of return.
