If you have received a product in error, or it is damaged or faulty, please email us at in the first instance to let us know the MiPet order reference, and the product you wish to return.

We cannot accept any returns for products that have been ordered in error, or are no longer required.

We can also not accept any returns of POM-V medicines unless sent in error or damaged.

Once you have authorisation from the MiPet Team for your return, please include a completed MiPet Returns Form (below) with your parcel, so that the returned goods can be identified.

Any items returned without a valid returns form will not be accepted, and no refund will be raised.
