MiPet Returns Policy
This document outlines the returns policy for MiPet Products and branded products traded through the MiPet Website.
Returns Procedure:
1. Returns will be considered if the product has been received in error, damaged or faulty, in these cases please contact enquiries@mipet.com in advance, who will advise if the return can be accepted, or any further information that is needed.
2. Returns must be made using the MiPet online returns form, products can only be returned once this form has been accepted and you have been issued with a returns courier label.
3. Further considerations of returns:
I. MiPet cannot accept any POM-V medicines back unless they have been received in error, and only if these products have been stored under the conditions specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC).
II. MiPet will not accept any returns for products that are ordered in error or no longer required.
III. MiPet will not accept any returns of short-dated stock if practices have been made aware of the expiry at time of placing the order on the website or by direct communications or promotions.
IV. MiPet reserves the right to refuse a return of a product if this product cannot be relisted due to the expiry date.
V. MiPet will only accept returns where request to return has been made in a timely manner, ideally on the day of receipt.
VI. Contemporary temperature records for the area in which the products were held/stored prior to return are required and should be submitted via the electronic returns form in the additional Information section.
VII. Refunds on accepted returns will only be granted following inspection of returned items.
VIII. Any goods damaged on return transit to the warehouse, as a result of insufficient repackaging will not be refunded.
IX. Products received back without a returns form will be destroyed and not refunded.
X. Products that are not returned by a courier organised by MiPet will not be accepted back into stock, destroyed and not refunded.
Returns can ONLY be accepted back if they meet the following criteria:
1. Online return requests must be made in a timely manner (ideally on the day of receipt of the order).
2. Goods must be in their original, unopened containers and in good physical condition
3. A signed declaration must be completed by a competent person (Vet or Registered Vet Nurse) on the MiPet returns form to declare that goods have not been exposed to adverse conditions and have been stored under the directions of the SPC.
4. MiPet Returns forms should be provided as:
a. A digital copy sent through the returns portal (link here)
Or if this is not possible
b. A scanned paper form emailed to enquiries@mipet.com and a paper/hard copy provided in the box with the consignment.
